Interested in joining us? We conduct an On-Ramp introductory course for all individuals new to our box.

The On-Ramp Course is a lead in to our CrossFit program. This course includes multiple private sessions with our CrossFit Coaches designed to introduce you to the basic CrossFit movement techniques. Throughout the course you will learn about CrossFit concepts, training principles, strength and conditioning, and nutrition. On-Ramp sessions are specifically designed as a gateway to joining our regular CrossFit classes. On- Ramp covers a set curriculum that must be completed in its entirety prior to the start of training at College Station CrossFit.
