"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Weekend Warriors

Thank you for those of you who came to the Fundamentals Class and workout this morning. Great job to everyone who participated! Please encourage friends and family to come check us out on Saturdays. We are, however, going to make a slight change in the schedule. We will begin meeting at 10:00am on Saturday mornings instead of 9:00am. This will give us more time without having to worry about getting out the way for Yoga. Everyone have a great weekend and come ready to work next week!

INTERESTING FACT: According to the National Weather Service the use of "short, distinctive given names in written as well as spoken communication is quicker and less subject to error" than "more cumbersome" identification methods, so since 1953 storms have been assigned female given names.

This convenience and logic inspired [CrossFit] granting a special group of workouts women's names, but anything that leaves you flat on your back and incapacitated only to lure you back for more at a later date certainly deserves naming.
