Fight Gone Bad
3 rounds of 5 minutes of work with 1 minute of rest in between rounds. Move directly from one exercise to the next after each minute. Exercises:
Wall-ball: 20 pound ball(Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump: 20" box (Reps)
Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps)
