  4. I missed you all today! But West Houston was doing a "decathalon", and I really wanted to participate. I made some huge jumps on my prs, so I'm going to share them whether you care or not.
    Mile: 8:45- down 2 minutes from my first timed mile back in November(ish)
    Deadlift: 250
    Shoulder Press: 95
    500m row: 1:45
    I was incredibly humbled on strict push-ups (3 points of contact) and pull ups. There other events weren't too impressive either way.
