  10. This is as bad as it looks...just to let you know. I have no idea what my time was. Just that I finished before 20 minutes. Tomorrow I'm sure I won't be able to lift my arms over my head.

    Daren was in a mood this morning. Talked really fast and was sure to say not to kick him in the face numerous times. In the words of Allison, "Daren needs kids..."

  13. Man, I did this at the box at 3pm and it was terrible. I got to HSPU at 7 min then quickly realized that head to ground was not going to happen so I tried 1 abmat and that was not going to happen so I had to go with 2....

    Thrusters - 115#
    HSPU - 2 (16 reps due to abmat scaling)

    Did not finish in time- Darn HSPU!!!!!

    7am - cup of coffee with a splash of mootopia
    9am - apple, 2 tbsp almond butter, 6 oz chicken breast
    12:30pm - 1 1/2 cup raw broccoli, 1 cup raw carrots, 4 oz chicken breast
    2:30pm (pre-workout) - orange
    3:15pm (post workout) - advocare post workout recovery shake
    4pm - 8 oz chicken breast, apple, 2 tbsp almond butter
    5:45pm - 1/4 cup walnuts, 6 oz chicken breast, tangerine
    8:30pm - 8 oz salmon, 3 bell peppers (red, yellow and orange), 1 cup of raw broccoli

  19. here chris, thanks for keeping me in line! i fell asleep at about 830 on my couch and the blog was the last thing on my mind when i woke up.

    bfast- 2 eggs, 1 egg white, tea
    snack- turkey breast, carrots, walnuts
    lunch- pork tenderloin sauteed with a cranberry juice, canola oil, and lime juice reduction, zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, mushrooms, pepper, garlic, ground mustard seed.
    pre run- apple sauce
    post run- half endurox shake, raisins
    dinner- .75lb lean brisket, .25lb choppped beef, mixed greens salad with lime juice, olive oil, pepper, whole avocado

    delicious day, insatiable appetite.
