  7. today was awesome, thanks to the crew and "the electrician" of course

    5 rounds + 400m row
    *did the 1st round with the 53# kb then upgraded with "the electrician" to the 70# for the rest of the wod

    I TOTALLY AGREE Kristen, we need to start seeing some more posts or I feel 100 burpees for time coming in the near future!
