Momentum

Skill:
Kipping pull-up

WOD:
With a partner, complete as many pull-ups and push-ups as possible in 15 minutes.
Only one person works at a time, alternate between exercises.

  1. Daren, I'm probably going to take today off. The half marathon was awesome, but I really hurt my right ankle and knee. Hopefully I will be able to come back Thursday!
