on ramp 4 - WOD 9:06Slacking a little tonight...Will said that is no excuse just because you had two crowns done this afternoon at the dentist.....
there is always a class at 6pm on thursday, there will not be a 5pm class

Wod 4-9:58....cant believe I finished it...looking forward to starting elements!!!Is there a class Tues I can take instead of tonight?? Scheduling conflict with class and babysitting emergency is preventing me from being there...???
