  4. Caroline- that's ridiculous! Good job.

    With Schaub at 0800:

    30 min AMRAP:
    2 power snatch: 135#
    20 double unders
    5 muscle ups
    20 burpees

No idea how many rounds, and had to do jumping MUs starting the third round. In all just a bad workout. bad. bad.

Finals stress may be getting to me so I don't know about coming at 4..

  5. Seriously Caroline! That is insane! I was trying to strategize and I'm not sure which is worse... running a lot or doing freaking 80 wall balls in a row.... oh man. Zach, be there at 4pm. I will if Daren says that's ok. So is it Daren?

  6. OMG Daren - I think I might be sick this afternoon, I may not be able to make it to the box just based on reading the WOD. Just kidding I will be there, I may die but I'll be there.

  15. also see.. constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity.

thats why a loss of intensity (1 hour wod) will not really make us better.

i like your definition of crossfit too, it seems to apply more to the actual athlete like you guys
