Feather Weight

JoAnna is showing determination on this overhead squat at The BCS Games.

"Bear Complex"

Complete the following sequence for 1 rep:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press

Do 5 rounds of 7 total reps of the sequence.
Rest between rounds as needed. Work to up heaviest weight achievable.

  3. I AM THE BEAR!

    Ross Township, Pennsylvania. Kelly and her husband had an expired license to keep exotic pets. On Sunday, Kelly went out to clean the bear's cage. She threw a shovelfull of dog food to one side of the 15x15ft concrete and steel cage so she could clean the other side. Sometime while she was cleaning, the bear attacked and killed her. A neighbor came over and shot the bear, killing it.

  12. 5/10/10- Kirk Elder was mauled and killed by a complex of seven 205 lb bears. He was unable to successfully fend of the fifth bear and was killed instantly with a bear claw to the face.

  20. Well, I was the lonely bear who worked out at 11am by myself, seeing the 6pm class made me regret not holding off and hitting the complex with them.

    95, 115, 135, 145, 145

    I didn't let go of the bar on the first 4 sets, then on the 5th rep of the last set I let go, picked it up a few seconds later and got my last 3 reps.
