How did you get into crossfit? Started a little in college. then went to Charlies two week trial.

what motivates you? Competition with others
what breaks you down? Pushing my self/Being pushed to my limit physically and mentally.
what is your favorite movement/exercise/ workout? pull ups, push ups, sit ups, air squats, body weight type work outs.
what is the movement/exercise/ workout you hate? Thrusters, back squats
what is one thing you need to improve on? Shoulder strength...push press, hand stand push ups
give a brief history about you- life,education, sports, family, travel, hobbies... whatever brought you to where you are today. Received undergraduate and graduate degree from Texas A&M in Accounting '02 and Construction Science '04. Been building home and light commercial buildings since '02
Do you eat paleolithically? why/why not? yes. to get ready for regionals
What is your biggest strength? Team player and encourager
what is your one weakness? Very critical of myself and can get down on myself
