The Athletes of the Month are members selected for their work ethic, positive character, and outstanding personalities inside and outside the box. They uphold the ideals of our community and we love having them represent who we are. One male and one female athlete is selected each month and are featured on our media outlets as well as represented with their own named workout in the CrossFit classes during their month of reign.   1. I've been keeping up in dusty, windy west Texas. I've even recruited some of my classmates and we've been doing WODs early before work. They love it and hate it :) This morning we did a chipper of 400m sprint, 10 KBS (15# dumbbells for them, 16kg kb for me), 400m run, 10 burpees (20 for me), 400m run for time.
