One time I did griff though and my quads hurt more than I can ever remember. Those backwards runs are rough, not to mention you look really dumb on a public track.
Now I understand why that workout is so insanely difficult, this guy deserves it to be. Those stories definitely put life in perspective. I'm so thankful and blessed to be an American.

I hurt my knee on the heavy split jerks earlier this week, so no running for me, especially not backwards!
ReplyDeleteJosh, I look dumb running FORWARDS. Griff and I will not be buddies. You're probably right about the mystery sandbag scariness, though...
And I'm avoiding studying. Somehow, I think I want to wing this 6th final this week. My brain is toast.

I just finished reading Lone Survivor last night. Amazing guy...all four seals showed incredible heroics.
