  7. for anyone who doesn't want to do the crossfit.com wod or the CSCF wod, get up here at 230 to lift with zach and daren and do some sandbag work before the afternoon classes...

  8. Lifting sounds waaay better than double unders...

What exactly are we looking at with these sandbag thingies?...

  9. Ciera run! Whatever it is can't be good.

One time I did griff though and my quads hurt more than I can ever remember. Those backwards runs are rough, not to mention you look really dumb on a public track.

  10. I hurt my knee on the heavy split jerks earlier this week, so no running for me, especially not backwards!

Josh, I look dumb running FORWARDS. Griff and I will not be buddies. You're probably right about the mystery sandbag scariness, though...

And I'm avoiding studying. Somehow, I think I want to wing this 6th final this week. My brain is toast.

  16. That was a good read; does this mean that Murph Day is coming?

  17. Now I understand why that workout is so insanely difficult, this guy deserves it to be. Those stories definitely put life in perspective. I'm so thankful and blessed to be an American.

  20. I just finished reading Lone Survivor last night. Amazing guy...all four seals showed incredible heroics.

I've only done murph once when daren was finishing his ironman and didn't really know the story then. It's incredible.
