  4. Okay did an at-home workout today, since I'm officially no longer a CSCFer. Was a recent mainsite WOD:

    AMRAP in 20min:
    Run 400m
    7 Muscle-ups

    I got 5 rounds exactly! And now have no skin on my wrists. Awesome, miss yall!
