  3. Lindsay W. killed me today with her 6 rounds of 575 m run (including a killer hill). Every other lap we alternated about 80m of lunges or 25 sit-ups.

    Think about Lindsay and I as we sit all day in geology talks at a convention in Austin, Tx. Jealous??
