    WOD: 16:36 (minus whatever it took Kirk to do his first 250m row) - 2 pood + 30 burpees

    6:30am (pre-workout) - 4 egg whites, 1 egg, sweet potato, 1/2 avocado
    8am - advocare spark
    9:30am - advocare post workout recovery shake
    11am - 6 oz chicken breast, 1/8 cup of almonds, 1 cup of raw broccoli
    12:30pm (chrstopher's) - 12 oz chicken breast, salad, 1/2 avocado
    3pm - advocare spark
    4:30pm (pre workout) - orange, 1/4 cashews, 4 oz chicken breast
    6pm - advocare post workout recovery
    7pm - 3 cups of grapes, 1/3 pound ground turkey, salad, homeade pico de gallo (tomatoes, jalepenos, cilantro, limes)
