ba-ba-ba-ba-barbara ann

Sara competed at the fittest games in austin, and
is on a team for a competition in dallas this weekend...
the crossfit season has begun!


"Barbara"
5 rounds, time each round:

20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

    Total - 4 rounds in 29:27

  2. you know it was a good wod when usually you eat right when you get home but you can't even look at food for 30 minutes, you try to take a shower and end up sitting down for most of it, and the water rinsing off of you is black from the mats and dirt.

  3. Same here Kristen...forgot to eat. It took all my energy just to drag myself to the shower then realized my chin was black from push-up rest time.
