  4. You dog. I regret not pushing myself a little harder. I was too excited about getting 30 and I just dropped. Don't let yourself feel the same way, push yourself till you absolutely can't do anymore, hang for a few seconds, then crank out a few more. Forget 31, get 40. Do work son. [Colossians 3:23].

    on another note i did thrusters today, with 10 lb dbs mind you, for the first time since september. watch out fran, i will be ready for you in another 6 months haha.

    Pullups: 35/20/18 (then a three hour break cuz I ran out of time) 25/16 = total(sorta legit): 114 pullups

    While i know I split up the pullups and that may have made my fourth round a little higher, I had minimal rest before the fifth so that hopefully makes it fair right?
