This was a little rough, though not as bad as I thought it'd be. I definitely rolled out of bed thinking we were overdue for a run, and of course Daren didn't disappoint (sarcasm).

I am an awful runner, so I've been working hard at it lately. Thanks to this, I think I've made some progress, but my fellow crossfitters' numbers are far more impressive and inspiring. Glad I had the privilege to chase some of you, and get mowed down by the rest.
