Grizzly

Haynes competed sunday at the fittest games in austin.
This is midway through a 195# bear complex attempt.

3 x 400m run,
rest 2-3 min

3x 200m run,
rest 60-90 sec

  1. This was a little rough, though not as bad as I thought it'd be. I definitely rolled out of bed thinking we were overdue for a run, and of course Daren didn't disappoint (sarcasm).

    I am an awful runner, so I've been working hard at it lately. Thanks to this, I think I've made some progress, but my fellow crossfitters' numbers are far more impressive and inspiring. Glad I had the privilege to chase some of you, and get mowed down by the rest.
