  2. Today I tried to work on the butterfly pullups. So I messed around with those for a bit, then redid a December @ home WOD (pushups, do 4 in the first minute, 6 in the next, etc) and completed 142 pushups, 12 more than I did in Dec. Then I did 100 sit ups for time and got 3:59. Fun times.
