    Max Squat Clean-105#
    same as before but not too bad for taking almost 2 weeks off

    WOD: 3 rounds + 5 squat cleans + 2 HSPU
    65# squat cleans
    HSPU negatives with 1 abmat

  3. Stupid alarm I'm sad I dent get to workout with you Daren! I was going to be there at 5am, except my alarm didn't go off and I woke up as class was starting. Now looks like I get to workout in 25 degrees! Gross.
