  5. did yesterdays wod last night and man am i hurting. Tried to play basketball this morning for pt and did not have the usual ups. I liked that wod alot

  10. For the record, I performed terribly today. My time isn't even worth posting. Regardless, thanks to Will and Zach for pushing me to at lease try a little harder. I'm ready for some spring time work outs.
