  1. 9:49 without bands. Ring dips are flat out hard, not to mention the ropes/rings rub my forearms raw. I have a huge lump on each of my arms now haha. Another excellent day at CSCF.

    6 mile "roller coaster" run
    post basketball practice yesturday
    today: 12 mile ruck march. my legs hurt.

  4. 6:35 with small band... length of band between rings got smaller and smaller as WOD progressed... that was hard.

    my 1 month goal was 5 body weight ring dips and even though I now don't think that is possible I did get 1 today with no band!
