  2. Today was my first time to OHS, and I will humbly admit that I'm absolutely horrible at them. I used the smaller bar (35#?) and struggled. After wasting 30 minutes on the KTE, the forearm burn was the most difficult challenge to overcome on the HSC; I could barely hold the DB's.
