  1. Okay level 1 was rough! And my performance today stank. This was a massive mental fortitude WOD for sure!

    After Monday and today it's clear my most glaring weaknesses are pushups and box jumps - maybe I should start working on them.

    I mixed too - L1 box @ 18", L2 KB @12kg. Would've damaged myself or anyone near me if I'd used the 16kg.

  4. Josh, it looked like you wrote 12:15 on the board when I glanced at it this morning, so thanks for pushing me and making me feel like crap about my time when I finished. Now I just wish Daren would come out with news that his sub 12 time was a joke. Props to you, Daren, you stud. I hope my lungs can someday keep up with yours.
