Okay level 1 was rough! And my performance today stank. This was a massive mental fortitude WOD for sure!

After Monday and today it's clear my most glaring weaknesses are pushups and box jumps - maybe I should start working on them.
I mixed and matched a little today, 24" box and 20kg KB.

ReplyDeleteI mixed too - L1 box @ 18", L2 KB @12kg. Would've damaged myself or anyone near me if I'd used the 16kg.
