    Today I did "Amanda" the first workout of the 2010 games

    9-7-5 reps of:
    135# Squat Snatch
    Muscle-ups

    Time - 12:42

    Which I think has gotta be like five or more minutes faster than the last time I tried it. Really focusing on the "clean-Deadlift" type hip position helped alot amd I only had like three or four missed reps on the snatches, last time those took me forever! Fun workout today for sure!

    400M Row
    21 Box jumps
    12 hang power snatches

    11:36 - 18" box and 25# bar

  3. Worked on Power Clean/ Ground to Overhead

    PR'd at 125 Not much, but getting there :)



    WOD: yesterday's with 95# and one abmat 3 completed rounds plus a bonus 10 squat cleans thanks to Zach.
