Today I did "Amanda" the first workout of the 2010 games
9-7-5 reps of: 135# Squat Snatch Muscle-ups
Time - 12:42
Which I think has gotta be like five or more minutes faster than the last time I tried it. Really focusing on the "clean-Deadlift" type hip position helped alot amd I only had like three or four missed reps on the snatches, last time those took me forever! Fun workout today for sure!

Handstand work. First headland completed. Remove the abmats and I come crumbling down.
