Level 1 13:58
ReplyDeleteHPC 125#
Im pretty sure I did quite a few sets of 1 or 2 dips at a time. It tore me up.
Level 2 13:16
ReplyDeleteHPC 85#
I'm embarassed to post this time, I was the last one done with the dips, they literally killed me, HPC's were like a break(ish) in comparison.
ReplyDeleteLevel 1 - 20:30
HPC 165#
Well next time hopefully I'm stronger on the dips, I was definitely doing singles the last two rounds.
