Rick Alford ran 17 miles, then did fight gone bad, then ran home. What a machine, thanks for the inspiration Rick!

    Hollow rocks

    30sec rest b/t sets (this sucked by the way, Im making yall do this w/me next week!)

    Bonus: 2 x 1min handstand holds
    3 x 10 HSPU w/3mats

    Got los of practice in today...WOD #2 later today...
