| We have nearly 20 competitors entered in this weekend's competition at CrossFit Champions in Houston. Many people will be competing for the first time and would love to have your support. Its roughly an hour to an hour and a half away so you can make a day trip of it Saturday. Come on and help us rock it! |

ReplyDeleteSo one of the team wod's tomorrow includes a 5 question quiz in the middle of the wod. In the q and a of the competition blog, all the athletes were asking athletic questions about cleans and kb swings, etc. I asked about the quiz and got picked on! Here's the exchange:

Scott: interrupting is rude! but, if you feel you must, yes you an interrupt with a “final answer.” if the final answer is wrong, you just missed a question……by being rude.

ReplyDeleteThis wod was absolutely the worst! I know for a fact that if I had read the blog I would not have shown up to workout...I almost left when we went for our 400 m warm-up run but I didn't have my keys on me so I couldn't.
