9:45 Level 2. Started with small band, ended with wide band. I did learn how to kipling my way up. I think that is how to spell it.

Thanks Rebekah, it actually felt like 85 at the time haah! I get confused w/those smaller bars.And yes Daren i noticed right off the bat! So observant I am!
Today's WOD: 6.5 mile hike up the mountain carrying a 45 lb sandbag (also known as my son). Tired. But the waterfall at the top was nice :)
