    50 Burpees: 2:36 - my heart hurt afterwards. I kinda went all out tryin to beat Mr. Kercho over here..almost!

    6 Hang Power Clean
    8 Thrusters

    Level 1, 65#, 9 rounds plus 4 deadlifts and 2 hang power cleans.

    I have "Fran cough" worse than I did with Fran. Everyone should join the 8:30 AM class cause this is how we roll...
