WOD:
20 reps
20 seconds rest
15 reps
15 seconds rest
10 reps
10 seconds rest
5 reps
60 seconds rest
Follow above pattern for the following exercises, complete pattern for one exercise then move to the next after 60 seconds of rest:
Push-ups
Squats
Burpees
cool down:
3 total minutes of a plank hold with as few breaks as possible

ReplyDeleteJust got it done. It was a little rough considering I'm up 7425 feet in the air. I'm still trying to catch my breath. I will admit that I had to cheat on the breaks for my burpees...I'm dying up here, c'mon!
