    Today: 44.8, 46.8, 47.7, 48.5, 49.4 with two minutes rest

    Got a PR on the first one, but that extra minute last time must have helped alot, my legs were jelly at around 100m every round

  5. Congratulations to our own Glenda Hoon for winning the Ambassador of the Year for the Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce! She got really close to Chuck Norris on stage when she accepted the award. For a sec I thought it was going to be Crossfit v. Chuck Norris - BOOOOOOM!
