    WOD: I climbed the rope, made it to the top...if there was a bell, I would have rang it! Just sayin..

    Goal work:
    1 min hand stand hold
    5 negatives
    45 sec hand stand hold
    5 negatives
    30 sec hand stand hold
    (screaming shoulders!)

  8. After many, many tries, I was finally was able piece together "how" to get up the rope and then physically making my body do it. That rope better be ready for me next time hahaha.

    Goal work:
    handstand negatives (2 ab mats, then just 1)
    5x5 20# Db press

    (worked on jump rope a little bit)

    Ouch, my arms are burning!!

  9. Caroline, there was a bell up there. You just must have not climbed high enough. I rang the bell. Twice. :P

    But, um, on a serious note...rope and I didn't get a long. But I did cheer Will on as he climbed to the top without any leg assistance. So that's got to count for something, right?

    Goal work (sort of):

    I have a bunch of them, one of them being bodyweight snatch, for me
    185#, though not really sure i can OHS that much. So today I played with snatches. Hit 155# nicely, but no more, I need to work on OHS and snatch balances.
