    @135 pounds:

  13. Michael, way to go, my performance was a little less consistent than yours, but nevertheless an improvement over last time:

    September 2008 (at level 1): 4-4-3-3-4


    November 2010 (at level 1):
    5 rounds + 3 cleans + 6 pushups + 7 squats
    4 rounds + 3 cleans + 6 pushups + 3 squats
    5 rounds
    4 rounds + 3 cleans + 6 pushups
    3 rounds + 3 cleans + 6 pushups

    21 completed rounds total!
