    20 - 225# Deadlift
    50 Double-Unders
    40 - 24kg KB Swings
    25 GHD Situps
    500m Row
    40 Box Jumps
    50 Pushups
    40 Wall Balls
    50 Push Press - 95#
    400m Run

    Completed in 26:57

    Wow - what a workout! I've only had three workouts this week but it feels like it's been 5!
