Level 1: 20:55Def was not all there mentally today and was quite humbled by the entire class
Level 2: 19:19 I ran in the grass on round 1 (there were so many cars on the street!) so add on a couple of seconds? Great workout though! I have so much energy! If you aren't doing the Whole30, you definitely need to try it. Just sayin...
