    -This challenge is open to both men and women
    -We don’t know the prize yet but we will figure something out.

    -Everyone will vote at the end of the month and select the winner.

    Also I wish I could join you guys for No Shave November, I really hate the hassle of messing with facial hair, hope this will suffice, I'll post pictures of myself not shaving for an entire summer (one from camp and the other from Uganda) and you be the judge if I'd get fired from my business casual, highly political work environment:
