  7. well i missed this mornings workout but just did it at home with a small modification. instead of RMM, I did push ups.

  8. i know i have been off the blog for a while...i was in california and just ran last week. but it was nice to come back and do some man makers and burpees today. even if i'm not posting i'm reading ya'lls stats daily, keep it up cscf!
