  1. This morning I opted to do a different WOD. Mine was, stab yourself in the finger with a butcher knife all the way through at 4:15am, wake up a roommate and get stitched up at the ER, go home and clean up the blood for time!

    As rx'ed in 1:50:00.

    Needless to say my right hand is out of commission for two weeks. Bummer.

    with only one bar slam to the chin

    Dropped a full jar of strawberry jam on the floor after this wod. No stiches but a nice mess to clean.

  6. Oh I'll be back on Saturday, just may have to do a one arm mod till I can move my finger. I can't not crossfit!

    And the avocado was part of my pre WOD snack. Needless to say I didn't eat it till 6am, and I missed my 5am workout.

    I agree Daren I prefer AMRAP's to self-stabbing any day of the week!

  7. I did this workout last Saturday (65#, 16k, 18") and got 9 rounds.
    Did it again this morning (which was a terrible idea - one should never do the same wod twice in less than a week) and it was awful.
