30 muscle-ups for time in 7:41 (Haven't done these much in the last year, my previous PR was 9-something, so whether all the other gains or the 5 or so pounds lost doing whole 30 or some combination thereof, it's working! Keep it up Daren!)
Today I had the pleasure of doing "Jack," which if you recall is 20 minutes AMRAP of 10 push presses, 10 KB swings, and 10 box jumps. I did level 2 (85#, 20 kg, 18") to compare with my level 2 from November.
Worked on my 1 month goal today (5 ring dips no band). Did who knows how many sets of 5 ring dips with the small band. Also worked on the first pulling movement for muscle ups which is my 3 month goal.

I know, we're like little lost puppies without our assignment. Not sure B.C. was such a good choice tho...the bone on the back of my neck hurts!

Today: 12 rounds, 10 presses, 10 swings, 8 jumps. Whoop.
