Scott and the gang competed in the 5k and kids mile saturday.

  6. Appearance #3 in the blog for me. If you show up, eventually, Daren will take your picture and post it.

    Fun races - kids both had PR's on the 1 mile by 2.5 minutes. I did not PR, but was the only person that actually ran the 5k, so it was my first 5k win.

    I plan on trying cindy at Rx today. I had to buy gloves though since I ripped my hands Friday. Prediction: 8 rounds.

  7. Daren, it is cold all the time but there is alot of cool outdoor stuff to do its def not Texas though. I really miss working out with yall too crosffit blows when your doing it alone lol. how are you and your flock doing?

    Last time: 18 rounds + 5 pullups + 10 pushups + 11 squats

    Definitely the limiting factor is pushups. After round 10 they just get painfully slow, I can't do more than two at a time. Looks like I need to start working on them!
