Fun races - kids both had PR's on the 1 mile by 2.5 minutes. I did not PR, but was the only person that actually ran the 5k, so it was my first 5k win.
I plan on trying cindy at Rx today. I had to buy gloves though since I ripped my hands Friday. Prediction: 8 rounds.
Daren, it is cold all the time but there is alot of cool outdoor stuff to do its def not Texas though. I really miss working out with yall too crosffit blows when your doing it alone lol. how are you and your flock doing?
still sick today...sad I missed crossfit. I will probably have to take the rest of the week off but hopefully I will be back next monday in full force!
Definitely the limiting factor is pushups. After round 10 they just get painfully slow, I can't do more than two at a time. Looks like I need to start working on them!
