when was the last time you made a good sweat angel?

10 min AMRAP:
4 burpees
8 pull-ups

  9. I have been missing me some CrossFIt!

    Next week the stitches come back, next week I'm back in full swing, with my one week in "whole-30"fied body! Still feeling a little sluggish but it's getting better, I'm eager to see how my performance will be affected!
