Bench Press: 185,205,205,225,245WOD 7 or 8 rounds (I lost count) w/small band for 3 rounds and 2 small bands for the rest
85,75,75,75,75WOD - 8 + 2/3 with the smallest band on pull ups
I still cant believe I completed the workout today after 5weeks off. Body still numb.
I have been missing me some CrossFIt!Next week the stitches come back, next week I'm back in full swing, with my one week in "whole-30"fied body! Still feeling a little sluggish but it's getting better, I'm eager to see how my performance will be affected!
