  2. food for thought for you guys today. No matter what you think, believe, hear or are told to eat, be educated and make your own decisions. this should help:

  4. Fantastic article Daren! At a function I attended this weekend, my friends and I got talking about food, diets, endocrinology, and biochemistry. Ofcourse we didn't see eye-to-eye on the subject of low-carb diets-they couldn't fathom the idea of life without pastries, pasta etc. And when it was time to order, they couldn't believe that I refused to cheat on my Whole3o challenge. Lol

I told them to try it once and if it didn't work for them, to go back to their current eating habits.

I am thinking of pursuing a PhD in a Nutrion related field :D

  5. endocrinology is where a lot of the current research is coming from and the reasons behind why these diets are working is based on endocrinology.

    interesting stuff

  6. in my above comment it should be "diet" because really its how we should eat, and how i do eat, it isn't short term

  13. Bing, what happened to your day of rest? Recovery is important, dude.

Daren, Thanks! I'm getting there, slowly, but surely.

  14. well see...I just got too motivated. Every time I tell someone to pick that bar up and not to stop, it makes me want to do it myself. So obviously I had to get in there and knock it out. I've exchanged a day of a rest for a night of rest, which I will be taking tonight. About to shower and cash out, it's going to rock. See all you morningers in the morning.
