    In other news I am really excited that I made top three in the sectional WOD this week, it feels good to be able to contribute to the team score! I think were like 29th in the region, not bad!

  6. 24 something at 75#... started off with body weight pullups and very quickly tore up my hands, which lead to and a poor attempt at heavily banded strict pullups.... this was tough!!

  7. We did this one today too, OUCH...SMALL RIP!! Ugh...and just because I ripped, pull ups guaranteed to be in WOD 11.5!!

    I have no memory of what happened between 4pm and 5:05pm today. It's all a blur. That was brutal but fun because I never got bored of the reps.

    Wish Amy G., Sara U., and I luck, we are going to challenge ourselves with Whole30....again. If you want to do it with us, commit now (and I mean now) and we'll be your support group. (it's so much easier when you do it with people you see everyday)

  9. #65 Did 4 rounds couldn't get to the 5th. This workout was so hard for me, as I told Zach multiple times, I thought I was dying!
    One week of no sleep and all carbs = BAD idea.
    But the rest of the 4:00 class did great!

  11. I'm giving myself a time of 28:20. I had 5 more pullups that I finished after the 28 min cutoff.

    30 day challenge workouts done Sat and Sun. The last 3 rounds of burpees turned into 30 burpees aqap.
