In other news I am really excited that I made top three in the sectional WOD this week, it feels good to be able to contribute to the team score! I think were like 29th in the region, not bad!
Oh goodness that was rough. Definitely went a little slower at home than had Daren or Zach been yelling at me: Rd1 - 2:30 Rd2 - 2:45 Rd3 - 3:55 Rd4 - 3:50 Rd5 - 3:30
24 something at 75#... started off with body weight pullups and very quickly tore up my hands, which lead to and a poor attempt at heavily banded strict pullups.... this was tough!!
#75 I have no memory of what happened between 4pm and 5:05pm today. It's all a blur. That was brutal but fun because I never got bored of the reps.
Wish Amy G., Sara U., and I luck, we are going to challenge ourselves with Whole30....again. If you want to do it with us, commit now (and I mean now) and we'll be your support group. (it's so much easier when you do it with people you see everyday)
#65 Did 4 rounds couldn't get to the 5th. This workout was so hard for me, as I told Zach multiple times, I thought I was dying! One week of no sleep and all carbs = BAD idea. But the rest of the 4:00 class did great!

If you mean fun as in torture, then you're correct. :) Rx was 135# guys, 95# girls.

ReplyDeleteWe did this one today too, OUCH...SMALL RIP!! Ugh...and just because I ripped, pull ups guaranteed to be in WOD 11.5!!

26:30something at 95#. Ouch. But great 6 pm class!

30 day challenge workouts done Sat and Sun. The last 3 rounds of burpees turned into 30 burpees aqap.
