    I think this is the right time.... but the real question is... how many CS crossfitters does it take to add Bretani's time???

    Answer = 5

    Thanks for the help guys!

  4. We at college station crossfit are advocates of stimulating the mind as well as the body. We highly encourage everyone to work together to add and subtract simple numbers in their heads, as it creates bonding experiences and friendships that last a lifetime.

    ...actually we just stink at math. That's what calculators are for, right?

  5. That's why it always takes a minimun of 3 Crossfitters to add weights, or calculate times. Unless, George is present, in that case he can crunch those numbers solo.

    Worked out with Sara today:
    50 sit ups
    800m run
    25 push ups
    800m run
    50 squats
    800m run with concrete legs
    25 push ups
    800m run
    50 sit ups

    Thanks for a great workout Sara.
