We at college station crossfit are advocates of stimulating the mind as well as the body. We highly encourage everyone to work together to add and subtract simple numbers in their heads, as it creates bonding experiences and friendships that last a lifetime.

That's why it always takes a minimun of 3 Crossfitters to add weights, or calculate times. Unless, George is present, in that case he can crunch those numbers solo.
