Made it back to crossfit yesterday after about 6 weeks off due to an injury. I did the alternative workout with all the running, push ups, squats, and sit ups. It took me 23 minutes. Holy crap am I sore! I woke myself up every time I moved last night.
Got 17 more reps on my 30 day challenge WOD and lost a solid negative 2.5 pounds. I learned a lot and plan on sticking with the diet on the reg, with some cheat meals here and there to keep me sane. And some peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies. Can't say no to those.
I couldn't agree more Ciera! I have spent all day reflecting on the workout (of course, wishing it had gone better) but so thankful for the group that was there to support us! I felt like I had my own cheerleaders rooting me on. What a GREAT feeling! Best of luck to everyone!
