  5. So I watched everyone do "drunk upside down Jackie", then I did the open 11.3 WOD because I am running a 10k Saturday.

    AMRAP in 5 minutes of:
    165# squat clean and jerk

    I got 22! I may give this one another go on Sunday depending on how I feel after the run. This was definitely my kinda workout! Short and heavy!

  7. Today I rowed a 10k to work my back after Angie Tuesday. Dumb idea. Never have I hurt so bad in life from a workout.

  8. I did the running supplemental WOD after work tonight. Things I learned:
    1. I still stink at running, even 30 sec sprints.
    2. Benefits of running alone: less self-conscious about turning the color of a fire engine and heaving like an old smoker, and I can listen to whatever music I want, as loud as I want
    3. Disadvantages of running alone: no one to chase you or for you to chase, and no one to care you did all 10 sets as Rx'd when you wanted to quit after 4.
