  3. I did the workout today but I have no idea how many rounds I got. Started with the skinny band and then moved to the medium sized band. 95# deadlifts

  4. I cheated on my 5 am peeps and went at Noon today. Very different doing Crossfit in the daylight :)

  11. Props to Amy for doing a double workout at 5 and 6, that was crazy awesome. And props to everyone for doing ring dips, definitely one of the more difficult workouts in my opinion. I definitely took a day off today. Time to go ignite a New Skin fueled fire on my hands...
