So I Iike the 6pm evening time so I don't have to kill mystify to get across town in the evenings by 5:30, however can't make it on Monday's anymore due to a class at 7pm for the next five weeks.
With that in mind - can you post the rx weight so I can knock this one out at home tonight?

I blame my slowness on stinking at running, though those front squats started to wear on my back toward the end!

ReplyDeleteThis was even more brutal because we were running the last 200m of every run against 40 mph winds (ok, maybe not 40 mph)
did i just go too heavy? i was doing as much as i could
